1. Ownership: all content included on the PGA Village Homes Media Site, such as photographs, images, graphics, text, logos, icons, audio clips and software, is the property of Kolter Property Company, PGA of America or their content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. The compilation of all content on the Media Site is the exclusive property of Kolter Property Company and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

2. Permitted Use: The content on the Media Site may be used solely as an information and editorial resource. Kolter Property Company hereby authorizes you to view, copy, download and print the photographic images solely for editorial purposes. Such use is subject to the following conditions: (I) such images may not be posted or distributed in any manner other than for the editorial purposes, (ii) the content of the images may not be modified, and (iii) copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices may not be removed. Except as stated in these Terms of Use or as otherwise specifically authorized in writing by Kolter Property Company, you may not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute (including through the use of frames or deep links) any of the material on the Web Site.
